Here at Cap City Moms we know all too well how hard it is to make time for ourselves and put our health first. The to-do lists, the kids…work, deadlines, cleaning, laundry. There is always SOMETHING that needs to be done.
But you guys, we HAVE to stop putting ourselves last.
#TeamCCM has been about getting out the door and get moving. But now it’s time to take it a step further. Or a train ride further. Yes. I think that’s how this goes.
Beginning Monday (YES, THIS COMING MONDAY) we are hopping on the Healthy Train and we are so excited for YOU to join us!!
For the next eight (8) weeks, we will get used to taking care of ourselves on a daily basis. Small goals that lead to bigger goals! THIS IS NOT ABOUT WEIGHT LOSS. It’s about doing healthy things that are GOOD FOR US. And working together as a team is what’s going to make this happen. Seriously.
(Yes, we are super aware that we are ginormous dorks. You love this about us. I’m sure of it.)
To get us all ready to hop on the healthy train, we have the eight weeks laid out and ready to go. It helps us all focus on a healthier us by taking small steps to our bigger goals.
Wait. That might be a glimpse at MY goal. Whatevs.
