I am not super great at getting breakfast in my body. I used to be, but I’m not anymore. For the most part, I down several cups of coffee while I’m dashing around getting all the people to all the places and all that stuff. Then at about 11:15 am I reach a hangry place that NO ONE wants me to get to and I tend to end up eating half the pantry. So healthy, right? So, in an effort to figure how I could have something on hand for my morning madness that would be easy, healthy and not time consuming I started putting together single serving smoothie packs. Every couple weeks I take about a half hour or so to make up a bunch of these smoothie packs so I have them in the freezer where I can throw together breakfast in about 3 minutes flat without really having to think about it. It helps me get something in my body other than highly sugary caffeine water and that makes me feel like a winner.
