One of the best things about the most wonderful time of the year – finding new favorite holiday cocktail recipes. We are always on the hunt for a drink that will bring us the taste of the holidays. This variation on a Moscow Mule doesn’t disappoint! With the yummy flavors of apple and cranberry and the spicy bite of ginger, this libation is our new favorite version of Christmas in a cup! I’m always down for a moscow mule. There is something about the refreshing hit of ginger beer that I just love in a mixed drink. But, I also love putting a twist on the traditional mule flavors. By adding in things we normally have on hand anyway – I was able to create a drink that makes me want dash through the snow in a one horse open sleigh! This cocktail is sure to bring holiday cheer to your next celebration or even a quiet night at home. I think I may send the kids off with my husband for a night of looking at Christmas lights so I can sip this delicious treat while I wrap some presents and watch The Family Stone for the seven thousandth time. Check out the video and recipe below for the how to’s on this perfect Christmas cocktail.
