**UPDATED WITH WINNER!!** Nourish Your Roots: *Giveaway*

**AMANDA WILSON YOU ARE THE WINNER! BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR AN EMAIL FROM CAP CITY MOMS!!**

I spent a lot of years standing in my own way. It’s not that I didn’t *have* goals and dreams, it’s just that I didn’t know how to make them happen. Or I was too scared to make them happen. Or I would come up with an excuse to NOT make them happen. I was my own worst critic and the biggest obstacle to everything I wanted to do.

I’m not saying I never got out of the way. I’m just saying I’ve spent A LOT of time being in the way.

Over the past month, I’ve been thinking a lot about how to stop being the obstacle for my own goals. I have a lot that I want to do and I’m excited to get to it. Not to sound dumb, but realizing my problem was a big part of me correcting the problem. But when I realized that Cap City Moms would have a wonderful opportunity to work with Nourish Your Roots, I was excited. Especially when we would get to share this opportunity with you guys as well. It’s an excellent time for us all to make things happen.

To understand a little bit more about what services are offered, below is a brief explanation:

Nourish your Roots to Growth, an elite lifestyle coaching company geared to help individuals and families. I teach others how to stop, reflect, and develop into your greatest potential. I work with individuals and families. I also work with families who have children diagnosed with developmental delays and need lifestyle support and coaching. Together, we come up with interventions and goals.

We are so excited that one Cap City Moms reader can win an hour of lifestyle coaching this week. What an excellent opportunity to take part in the wonderful program that Nourish Your Roots offers! (If the winner would like to continue , there is an offer of half the services up to one month.)

My favorite color is blue, many different shades of blue. It makes me happy, calm, nourished, and feels healing. I am working on incorporating more colors into my life. :)
