I am a sucker for a good nail polish collection. And, to be honest, OPI often knocks it out of the park. But I have to tell you, the OPI Breakfast at Tiffany’s nail polish line is the first collection that had me seriously contemplating buying the entire collection. The. Entire. Collection.
I don’t need the entire collection.
But I wanted it.
Lucky for my pocketbook, OPI knows that I’m an even bigger sucker for the mini samplers of said collections. Just, YES.
TAKE ALL MY MONEY, ULTA.
As basic white girl as it sounds, I have a deep love for the classic style of Audrey Hepburn. And while Holly Golightly isn’t my FAVORITE AH character, her iconic style in Breakfast at Tiffany’s is timeless and I LOVE IT.
So a nail polish collection based on all that? Of course I would want it all.
Treat yo-self. (And I did.)
Not only are these colors gorgeous, they seem so perfect for holiday celebrating and all things holiday parties while being versatile enough for the start of the new year. YOU HAVE TIME is what I’m saying.
Also: I LOVE THE RED. (GOT THE MEAN REDS.) I just had to throw that in there. (Mug found here.)
Me Time Means Nail Time?
Hilariously, I feel like I’ve been evangelizing nail polish and making time for giving yourself a manicure, but it just so happens to be important to ME. I (usually) make time for this because it makes me feel like a sane human. I make time for this because it is something “frivolous” that makes me happy. And yes! As you do it more, practice more, it gets easier and you get better at it! Except for this week when I had to re-do my manicure twice! Because I didn’t follow my own “rules” because…I don’t even know why, I’m just a pain in the ass sometimes. (Often.)
I like making things easier on people. And hopefully SOMETHING about all this makes this easier on you! Plus, I really love these nail colors and I have to share the things I love with you. That’s the rule.
Happy (almost) weekend, everyone!
