WEEK 3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am hoping that with all those exclamation points in the title, you are feeling just as excited as WE are about WEEK 3 of the CCM Healthy Train! (I may be using excessive amounts of exclamation points to overcompensate for how tired I am, but the excitement really is there. I promise. Pinky swear.)

WEEK 3 is all about getting yo sh!t together!! Setting yourself up for success! If you have to wake up super early to get your workout/run in…get your clothes ready the night before. IT HELPS!! If you realize it’s been a terrible week for healthy eating, get yourself to food preppin’! (I, um, I mean…these are things that we might be working on. Also, you know, SLEEP.)

 

I hope you understand how much I love all of you that I just posted a video of myself to the interwebs looking that bad. Like, whoa.

P.S. Yes, we totally know that it’s Wednesday. We’re practically sleep walking over here. Okay, *I’m* sleep walking. Let’s be proud that we’ve all made it and are doing our best! Get it, ladies!

(Oh…and we already announced the winner for WEEK 2. So at least we did SOMETHING kinda sorta on time.) (Maybe.)

    Great idea for week 3. I certainly need to get my stuff together. Been slacking on my running and strength training. This week I’m (trying) to get out there more.

    I’m getting on the train and I’m trying not to beat myself up when I don’t have a perfect week. What the hell is that anyway? Thanks for the pep talk! Love CCM!
